Request to reset a rejected access application

Hello,
My request to access VGGT-Omega was rejected. In the application, I used initials instead of my full name for privacy reasons(I'm a student from USTC). I do not know whether this affected the decision.
I am investigating cross-shot geometric correspondence for multi-shot video generation and memory retrieval.
Could you please advise how I can correct my application information and request reconsideration? If possible, please reset my application so I can submit complete and accurate information. I can provide further details through an appropriate private channel.
