download-smoke

A deliberately tiny fixture repository used by the downloader test (tests/host/storage/test_download_smoke.py). It holds one 4 KB float32 tensor and a minimal config.json so a real end-to-end reconcile — model_info -> stage -> completeness check -> rename -> store admission — can run against the real Hugging Face hub without transferring model bytes.

It is never named in a shipped manifest, so no installation ever downloads it. Not a usable model.
