Psi0 reproducibility artifacts
This repository contains integrity manifests, captured environment versions, Git/submodule state, and source snapshots needed to reconstruct the Psi0 experiments without relying on submodule network availability.

Integrity manifests
Files in manifests/ are tab-separated. Each row records SHA256, byte size,
file kind, and a path relative to the corresponding upload root. No local
absolute paths are stored. Entries marked symlink-resolved were uploaded as
the bytes of their resolved target, so restored trees contain regular files
and do not depend on workstation-specific absolute links.
Source snapshots
Prefer the main repository's scripts/restore_aibox_third_party_sources.sh
helper. For a manual restore, extract each archive directly into the matching
dependency directory under the code checkout:
tar -xzf source-snapshots/third_party-SIMPLE.tar.gz -C "$CODE_ROOT/third_party/SIMPLE"
tar -xzf source-snapshots/third_party-defm.tar.gz -C "$CODE_ROOT/third_party/defm"
tar -xzf source-snapshots/third_party-GR00T-WholeBodyControl.tar.gz \
-C "$CODE_ROOT/third_party/GR00T-WholeBodyControl"
The archives store repository contents at their top level and preserve Unix
mode bits. Git metadata, virtual environments, caches, and SIMPLE's external
asset links/directories are excluded. Install environments from the main
repository lock files, then use environment/ as an audit record of the
verified workstation package and system versions.
The source archives capture the working-tree content used locally. Commit IDs,
submodule revisions, and dirty-state summaries are recorded in
code-state/git-state.txt.
