Seraphina v3.1 is an open-source local visual novel framework and multi-model integration sandbox designed for private, high-speed interactive story rendering completely on-device. This repository provides the unified FastAPI backend, automated deployment batch scripts, and specific quantized/formatted model configs configured to work seamlessly together out of the box.

💻 HARDWARE OPTIMIZATION (RTX 5050 / 8GB VRAM READY)

The entire framework is finely tuned for 8GB VRAM configurations. Thanks to NVFP4/GGUF model quantization and our custom ConditioningZeroOut implementation, the engine bypasses heavy text encoding loops, reducing VRAM consumption by up to 40% and preventing any Out-Of-Memory (OOM) crashes during real-time generation.

📦 CREDITS & CORE MODELS USED

This engine orchestrates and deploys third-party open-source models finely tuned for local deployment:

• LLM Core: Gemma-3-4B-It (by Google), running via GGUF format on local Ollama.
• Diffusion Core: Krea-2 Base Turbo (by Krea AI), deployed via highly optimized NVFP4 weights.
• Multimodal Core: Qwen3-VL-4B (by Alibaba/Qwen team) for vision-language encoding tasks.

• Automated Installation: Includes a custom installer that automatically detects your ComfyUI path and injects weights into correct directories.
• Zero-Neg Conditioning: Hardcoded native ConditioningZeroOut integration to save up to 40% VRAM on modern mid-range hardware.
• Text Isolation Logic: Custom regex filters to split game story dialogue from pure generation prompts, giving the user clean story text while routing prompts invisibly to ComfyUI.
