Unusable
I downloaded the hgn file and replaced the one in peonist-ai/halogen-qwen3.8-flash-next with it, and the engine refused to load:
overlay: layers.0.linear_attn.in_proj_qkv.weight differs from the base in geometry (dtype q4c/q5a, nbytes 14745664/18513920, qparam 2/1)
checkpoint: mapped 102.0 GB, NOT pinned (Pin::None)
checkpoint: mapped 2.6 GB, NOT pinned (Pin::None)
halogen: the engine exited after 4s without listening.
Make sure you are on the most recent version of the engine. At one time there was an issue with custom models but was quickly fixed.
