SRHD Russian-to-English translator 1.2.0

Fine-tuned from Helsinki-NLP/opus-mt-ru-en (CC-BY 4.0, by the Language Technology Research Group at the University of Helsinki). Training used only the base game's own Russian and English text.

• ct2-int8/: the CTranslate2 int8 export the darkraise modder runs.
• onnx-int8/: the ONNX int8 export.
• packages/: the modder's package zips (worker and model).

Input is placeholder-protected text (markers such as ⦃V0⦄), optionally prefixed by a category tag. rules_version: 1

Worker check on 500 held-out rows: chrF++ 51.8, placeholders intact 92.8%, 6.6 strings/s on CPU.
