License clarification for commercial use

Hello Ivan,
Thank you for publishing distil-slovakbert-ner — it works very well for Slovak NER.
I'm evaluating your model for use in a commercial product (Slovak-language NER). Before proceeding, I need to confirm the licensing terms.
Could you please clarify:
- Under what license is distil-slovakbert-ner released? (The model card does not state it explicitly.)
- Is commercial use permitted?
- The model was fine-tuned on the WikiANN (wikiann sk) dataset — are you aware of any licensing restrictions from that dataset that would affect commercial use of the resulting model?
I understand the base models (gerulata/slovakbert, crabz/distil-slovakbert) are MIT-licensed; I mainly need clarity on the NER fine-tune and the training data.
A short written confirmation would be a great help for our compliance. Thank you very much!

The WikiANN dataset licence can be found here https://github.com/afshinrahimi/mmner/blob/master/LICENSE (allows commercial use with preservation of copyright and license notices). As per my added contributions, you can consider them as public domain with no conditions. They were part of my master's thesis (https://opac.crzp.sk/?fn=detailBiblioFormChildG9M2D&sid=A8C5898CD77493B3E2FD39491516&seo=CRZP-detail-kniha).
