PurpleMIST-Mini-2.0: Zils d3-mini soup body

This is an unmodified redistribution of the weights of olaverse/PurpleMIST-Mini-2.0 at revision 23c92d1aba9fba17d8631884cae1f313eb05abba. It is a decision fine-tune in the Qwen3.5-4B layout.

The weights are published as a body for the Zils (Bittensor subnet 127) d3-mini soup pool.
model.safetensors and config.json are byte-identical to the source revision.
LICENSE is the Apache-2.0 text.
zils-owner.json names the Bittensor hotkey that committed this body.
