fetch-test

A 96-byte file used to test that a download path works.

t.safetensors holds one float32 tensor of shape [8] containing the numbers 0 through 7. It is not a measurement, not derived from any model, and not useful for anything except checking that a fetch at a pinned commit returns the bytes it should.
