ICEBERG

MassSpecGym-trained ICEBERG checkpoints (msg_all).

Current release: 2.1.

Attribution: Wang et al. (2025, preprint).

These files are primarily provided for the ICEBERG Galaxy tool and its data_manager_iceberg_models data manager. They can also be imported into a history using Galaxy's Upload tool where Hugging Face integration is available.
