I have tested this numerous times, and when using the prompt "somebody holding her legs up by hands," there is a probability of over one-third that the generated image will feature missing limbs, or that the hands and feet will not have exactly five fingers or toes.
Especially the prompt "interlock fingers" frequently generates distorted hands. It is impossible to consistently generate two people with their five fingers interlocked; extra fingers are frequently generated.
