V5 returns to v2's strongest observed 1% renewal allocation and cadence after v4's tighter cadence weakened the local gain. It changes only seasonal intensity modulation from 0–0.25 to 0–0.12, reducing row-to-row periodic dispersion while preserving renewal timing and count marks. It remains fully vectorized and does not read pool data.

Promotion requires no deadline regression, lower multiday held-out geomean, and a paired LCB above the configured King margin.
