This appears to be malware
It is almost definitely a grift of some kind but it doesnt appear like theres any actual malware here
For example looking at the code https://huggingface.co/burner22/numbat/blob/main/modeling_numbat.py its very simple and nothing there could be malicious, and the weights are in safetensors meaning you cant put malware in them directly
