Fix for vLLM Loading Crash on Ampere/Ada GPUs (TP=8, RuntimeError: size_n = 12)
Cant seem to get this working - but I at least was able to get it to load using this (my last attempt) script. (see below) - I at this point think the MTP heads / weights are messed up in a way that it's impossible to get MTP working correctly in vllm.

Hi, we released a fix to the FP8 checkpoint which keeps the GDN linear-attention input projections (linear_attn.in_proj_a/b) in bf16 instead of FP8, which fixes the load crash on
Ampere/Ada GPUs. On Hopper it was working fine. It should also fix the MTP prediction issues.
Yep, it loads (after pointing vllm towards the nvidia/cu13/lib/ dir)
