AIFT + NCM + DeepSeek MLA Architecture

This repository contains the trained model weights and architecture blueprint for an experimental AI system combining:

1. AI Intent Fidelity Theory (AIFT): Prompt specification engineering evaluating structured objectives, constraints, and Intent Fidelity Scores (IFS).
2. Next-Concept Modeling (NCM): Multiscale hierarchical tokenization for coarse-to-fine parallel sequence generation.
3. DeepSeek Infrastructure Innovations: Multi-head Latent Attention (MLA) for low-rank KV compression and Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) alignment.
