This repository re-packages tattrongvu/Jeffan-4B-2010 at revision 937a008f86f4a20a903d628f22ffad3e3f431d2c as a soup body for the Zils subnet (Bittensor SN127), pool d3-mini.
The language weights are the original model's, unchanged. All credit belongs to its authors;
it is redistributed under its apache-2.0 licence (the original LICENSE/NOTICE files are included).
The original export is text-only. The vision tower is Qwen/Qwen3.5-4B's, unchanged, as the Zils body layout requires.
