HexAnima model packs
Model packs for HexAnima, the on-device image generator for Android phones with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 / 8+ Gen 1 (Hexagon V69). The weights are converted (block layout for the NPU, 2.9B models quantized to q8) and are not usable with other tools. The app downloads them from here, file by file, with resume and sha256 verification.

built on NVIDIA Cosmos (NVIDIA Open Model License).
Text encoder Qwen3 0.6B and the Qwen-Image VAE: Apache 2.0. Preview decoder: TAEHV (taew2_1).
Turbo LoRAs and attribution
The models are generated with a distillation ("turbo") LoRA merged into the weights, which is why they work at 4 steps with CFG 1 and no negative prompt:
- 2B models: Anima Turbo v1.1 Lora by somedoby, an unofficial rank-32 extraction of CircleStone Labs' Anima Turbo v1.1.
- 2.9B models: TURBO for ANIMA (less steps) V4-29B by n_Arno, a DMD2 LoRA based on an extraction of Anima Turbo v1.1, converted to the 2.9B architecture.
Only the merged model weights are published here, not the LoRA files themselves (the author of the second one asks that the LoRA is not re-uploaded elsewhere).
The files here are modified versions of the CircleStone Model; see NOTICE.txt (attribution and modification notice) and LICENSE.md (the license text).
They are not an official product of CircleStone Labs and are not endorsed by it.
Terms
- Non-commercial use only, as required by the Anima license and the authors' usage statement (no hosting on income-generating sites/apps, no selling generated images, no illegal or harmful content). Read the authors' pages above before use.
- Credit goes to the model authors. The conversion only changes the storage format.
Takedown
The model author can ask for removal at any time: open a discussion in the Community tab of this repository and the files will be removed.
