Add pipeline tag and links to paper, project page, and code

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-to-videoso the model can be discovered under the appropriate pipeline filter on the Hub. - Adding links to the paper, project page, and GitHub repository for easier reference and accessibility.
- Keeping all existing tags and license information intact.
