Commercial licence for the MaskGCT semantic codec (used by IndexTTS 2)?

Hello Amphion team,
We are a small growth consulting firm in California. Part of our work for small businesses is short videos voiced in the owner's own voice, always with their written consent.
IndexTTS 2 has given us the best results we have tested, and its own licence allows commercial use at our size. It loads one component from MaskGCT, semantic_codec/model.safetensors, which is licensed CC-BY-NC-4.0.
Could you tell us:
- Is commercial use of the MaskGCT semantic codec possible under a separate licence or agreement, and if so, who should we contact?
- If not, is there a commercially licensed semantic codec you would recommend in its place?
Our use is small: a few short voice clips a month for a handful of clients. We would of course credit Amphion and follow any terms you set.
