This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: text-generation to the metadata, which enables the "Use in Transformers" widget on the Hub and improves model discoverability.
Updating the Paper: [TBD] placeholder in the "Model Sources" section to link to the official Hugging Face paper page: Olmo 3.
Adding a more specific homepage URL to the metadata, pointing to the Olmo 3 playground: https://playground.allenai.org/?model=Olmo-3.1-32B-Think.
