TokenGS-Loop `notable-gam` checkpoint (epoch 396)

Checkpoint of branch notable-gam of TokenGS-Loop: a LocusGS shared-block loop without per-token tables. The tokens and anchors come from a formula (Sobol points). It was trained from scratch from the TokenGS image encoder.
