Hand-conditioned egocentric world model adapters built on LTX-2.5 with the SolarWM camera adapter.

This repository provides Teacher-27 and Causal-27 adapters. These are adapter weights, rather than a complete base-model checkpoint.

The hand LoRA and sidecar files in Teacher-27 and Causal-27 are identical. Both folders contain the complete adapter combination for their variant. The sidecar is a small conditioning encoder, not a LoRA.

Requirements

Use these weights together with:

1. The official LTX-2.5 base model and its required transformer, video VAE, and text encoder components.
2. The SolarWM LTX-22B camera adapter.
3. The compatible hand-conditioning and sampling code, currently available from Hand2026-code on ModelScope.

Base-model and camera-adapter weights are not included here. The GitHub code release is being prepared.

The first-frame evaluation protocol uses prefix_latents=1. The Q3 causal evaluation protocol uses prefix_latents=8 (approximately 2 seconds of ground-truth context). Follow the code repository for preprocessing, latent caching, and command-line usage.

These adapters are derived from LTX-2.x. They retain the LTX-2.x Community License, included in LICENSE-2_x. Consult that license for usage conditions. Separately obtained dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses.
