What is Tinydesk AI?
The viral clip is 19 seconds from Charlie Wilson's 2023 NPR Tiny Desk performance of "Outstanding": a profile shot, the band behind the desk, the singer turning to the camera and cracking up, a sax solo, and the band again. On TikTok people recast it with AI, so other faces end up behind the desk.
Tinydesk AI does that from photos. It edits the clip itself: each photo replaces one musician, and any seat you leave empty keeps the original performer. The desk, the room, the camera moves, the cuts and the band's own sound stay as they were.
