All rights to the model belong to Neuphonic.
It exists so that CrabbyCut (an open-source video editor) can download the decoder for its offline VieNeu-TTS voice-over feature without asking every end user to sign in to Hugging Face. If you can, please use the original repository.

The SHA-256 above equals the LFS hash published by the original repository; CrabbyCut verifies it after every download and rejects any file that does not match.
About the model
This is an ONNX-compiled version of the decoder of NeuCodec, quantized to int8. Its main use case is providing a low-footprint decoder for on-device TTS. See the original repository for usage instructions.
