ShopLifting scam-message models

Models used by the ShopLifting Space to score SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram messages for scams.

teacher-best/: fine-tuned google/muril-large-cased, the server model.
student-best/: a smaller fine-tuned model, run alongside for comparison.

Trained on public scam and genuine message datasets only (no messages from real users). Thresholds and the training details are in each folder's scamguard.json. These are provisional models: scores describe public data, not real Indian traffic. Load them with scamguard.text_model.load_text_model(<folder>).
