The NutriFit project is an innovative web-based platform aimed at providing personalized nutrition and fitness guidance. The core feature of NutriFit is its AI-powered chatbot, which offers customized advice on diet, exercise, and overall wellness based on individual user inputs. The main objective of NutriFit is to make health recommendations more accessible and tailored to each user’s specific fitness and health objectives, helping them make better-informed decisions. During the development phase, significant research was undertaken into advanced AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). These techniques were explored to improve the chatbot’s ability to deliver more accurate and contextually relevant responses.
By training the LLM on carefully selected datasets, the chatbot can understand and process complex user queries.
