ocs-genai v1 reference artifacts

CPU numpy rasterizer outputs (clay/depth32f/normal/seg + 16-bit seg PNG + depth .npy), RenderRecord JSONs (spec v0.2 §9 schema, schema_version 0.2-v1), drift_report.json, and mock-backend style jobs.
CAVEATS (honest labels):
- Stylize outputs are MOCK-backend (deterministic, no network). Live gpt-image smoke is deferred — no image-edit key on the build box.
- Drift figures on mock outputs are mock-validity checks, NOT §9 live metrics.
- §9 metric harness gates on SSIM/edge-IoU; MiDaS depth leg is diagnostic-only (battery found no separating threshold — recorded on card t_ea10a943).
Gate status at provenance commit
run_gate.py: ALL FOUR §14 v1 GATES GREEN (a: DXF round-trip 5 scenes, b: zero undetected collisions, c: RenderRecord 100% on 10 scenes, d: drift computed on all stylize jobs). 373 passed / 5 skipped.
Units: millimeters, canonical (spec §7, SW-floor origin, +X east/+Y north/+Z up). License: our layer MIT; OpenCADStudio stays GPL at the process boundary.
