AtlasLM-600M-base

AtlasLM is an open-source reproduction of ESM Cambrian (ESM-C), the state-of-the-art protein language model developed by EvolutionaryScale. While the original model has restrictive license, this repository provides pre-trained weights under the MIT License, facilitating unrestricted research and commercial application.

Installation

pip install atlasfold

or directly from GitHub:

git clone https://github.com/SeonghwanSeo/atlasfold.git
cd atlasfold
pip install .
