Request: Permissive license for SeFi-Image? :)
Hello SeFi-Image team! First of all, thank you for releasing SeFi-Image! ^_^
I noticed that the code is under the MIT License, while the model weights are released under CC BY-NC 4.0, which restricts commercial use.
Would you consider releasing the weights under a permissive license such as MIT or Apache 2.0?
This would not only be better aligned with the code's license, but could also significantly increase adoption, integrations, fine-tuning, and contributions from developers and small companies. Other image models have shown that permissive licensing can help create a much larger and healthier ecosystem.
If relicensing every checkpoint is not possible, perhaps one smaller checkpoint could be released under a permissive license, or you could clarify whether commercial licensing is available.
