Hinglish speech model for Bell's Clipper (whisper.cpp format)

ggml-hinglish-prime-q5_0.bin is Oriserve/Whisper-Hindi2Hinglish-Prime (Apache-2.0) converted to whisper.cpp's ggml format and quantized to 5 bits (about 1 GB). No other changes were made to the model. All credit for the model goes to Oriserve.
