License clarification
If you could please clarify the license stance for this and your other LTX work I would appreciate it.
Thanks for asking — yes, I will clarify this more clearly in the model card.
This LoRA, and my other LTX-2.3 based works, are adaptations/derivatives of Lightricks LTX-2.3. They are distributed under the upstream LTX-2 Community License Agreement and are subject to the same use-based restrictions and commercial-use terms as the original LTX-2.3 model.
They are not MIT, Apache-2.0, or an independent open-source license from SOLRICKS. The Hugging Face license tag is set to other because there is no dedicated HF license option for the LTX-2 Community License.
For commercial use, users should follow the upstream LTX license terms. As described by LTX, companies under $10M annual revenue can use LTX under the community license, while companies/entities at or above the threshold should contact Lightricks for a commercial license.
I’ll update the model card and add a clearer license section so this is explicit.
