Update pipeline tag to feature-extraction

This PR updates the pipeline_tag from fill-mask to feature-extraction to better reflect the model’s primary use for representation learning and feature extraction. No library_name is added because the model is loaded through the custom ribospan package rather than the standard Transformers pipeline.
