Hi @samthelin , I reviewed LICENSE, NOTICE and the relevant model card properties on README.md.
NOTICE: All clear
LICENSE: The approved project name is the name of the model in full, Context-Aware Semantic Embeddings, I believe here we should use "Context-Aware Semantic Embeddings (CASE)" where model name is referred. This also makes it less likely to have a match with other projects using the same name in their licenses. Please adjust this. Aside form this, all clear.
README.md: all clear
Review notes:
I made a copy of the https://gemma.ai/resources/terms.md.txt and compared with the copy in LICENSE in VS Code, it matched exactly.
I used GitHub Copilot in VS Code to compare the rest of the text with the model text provided by legal, there were no discrepancies aside from placeholders that have been filled and links that were properly adjusted.
I initially though that license_name in README.md should be the body copy of the text, but as per https://github.com/huggingface/hub-docs/blob/38d3859104811b32a6c29ce611ea5ff17ce44c8c/modelcard.md?plain=1#L7, it should be an arbitrary id, so case-license looks good to me.
Checked the updates with https://huggingface.co/SAP/CASE/commit/aa8d4d8612f63c66ee75d5d83a2e982bd736fb5b.
