This V1 version is mainly optimized for "slow + hold" action modes, rather than high-speed repetitive actions.
To get the clearest results, describe the movement as a continuous physical action sequence rather than stacking abstract intensity words. Depth changes, pauses, holds, retraction, breathing, and local reactions of the face/neck should be described as visible or audible actions.
