As the title says. :-) I used this wf so many times but I can't seem to find a very similar one for H3...

Its a first version, I might improve it a bit, or clean it up a bit, but should work fine ;- )
This one uses latent mask for video and audio.

H3 is so flexible you can get same result with just a prompt and reference input.. OR.. use the H3 Guider node.
I will upload workflows with that too, so one can try that as well ; -)
