Parrot read-aloud voice files (Kokoro)

A mirror of the Kokoro voice pack the Parrot reader apps download (https://github.com/RetRo99/tts-models releases, pack kokoro-misaki, v1_0-kokoro-misaki-v1_0-20261016), for the Parrot web app: GitHub release files cannot be fetched by a browser (no CORS). File names and sha256 sums are the same as in that release's manifest.json. Licences: kokoro-LICENSE, kokoro-misaki-LICENSE, kokoro-cmudict-LICENSE, kokoro-g2p_en-LICENSE.
