Cascade KOTH generators (lige_v30–v39)

Ten Cascade King-of-the-Hill generator packs. Each folder is a dashboard-ready upload: generator.py, config.json, requirements.txt.

Host recipe is lige_v15 (suiba-v8-hr30 held + v4/ds50 seasonal mix). These arms test domain-weight and mix ideas against the current univariate last-2 eval pool.
