Add audio-to-audio pipeline tag and fix markdown links

This PR updates the model card to include the audio-to-audio pipeline tag in the YAML metadata, which ensures the model is categorized correctly and is discoverable on the Hub. It also fixes a malformed Markdown link to the Hugging Face model page in the introduction.
