I was doing similar before I found your project and thought I'd offer a few tips.
-subbing Posing for Modelling will give a better natural representation as modelling tends to suggest body shifting and facial makeup
-I reference 24-48 frames of video into the video input, leaving <picture 1> works but I sub <video 1> anyway.
-I gen @ 107frames, 12 steps, 3 MP, v4 600ema lora 50%
-I removed " One constant-speed orbit in beat 1, then locked off and static"
-removed the references to time ie 0-2 sec 4-5 sec
- and I believe "eyes into the lens" is making characters keep eye contact as they rotate.
