10k steps? You're a mad lad
Great work on all of your models. I've trained all my Krea 2 LoRAs with 3k to 5k steps and 5k steps for LTX-2.3. What happened as you neared 10k? Overfit? Overtrained?
It never converged perfectly... It is close enough. The posted version is the 10k version.
Probably a dataset issue.

Good rule of thumb is to not listen to Reddit. They just regurgitate the same things since SDXL.

Very true. In my experience, 3000 steps is usually good with Krea 2 and you can definitely bake the model if you take the training too far... but 3k is not a hard limit.
