DDRMate
DDRMate is an adaptive manga recommender designed to run on a Google Colab CPU runtime.
Recommendation model
DDRMate combines explicit metadata relations with user-specific online adaptation:
- Tag
- Artist
- Artist collaboration
- Parody / character / circle-group relations
- Learned non-negative channel weights with prior shrinkage
- Uncertainty-aware exploration jitter
- READ_RATED-only artist residual
- Sparse CPU-optimized reranking
Personal history
This repository contains no user recommendation history.
The public Colab notebook mounts the Drive account of the person running it and stores that person's profile at:
MyDrive/DDRMate/profiles/default.json.gz
Thus the public model bundle is shared, while recommendation history remains in each runner's own Drive.
Running the demo
Open DDRMate_public_demo_cpu_colab.ipynb in Google Colab and use the default CPU runtime.
The notebook downloads this public repository anonymously (token=False) and launches a Gradio page.
Notes
- CPU runtime is supported; no GPU is required.
- Public assets are user-independent.
- Verify redistribution and commercial-use requirements of source-derived catalog metadata independently.
