This PR adds a model card for Learning to Move Before Learning to Do: Task-Agnostic pretraining for VLAs.
It configures the metadata with:
pipeline_tag: roboticslibrary_name: transformerslicense: apache-2.0
It also adds links to the paper, GitHub repository, and the official project page, along with the citation and installation instructions.
