BT4-1740, ChessRL-port layout

bt4_1740.pt: PyTorch state_dict (fp32, 835 MB) of Leela Chess Zero's BT4-1740 (networks-contrib/big-transformers/BT4-1740.pb.gz), converted with scripts/convert_lc0_bt4.py from github.com/maxlegrec1/searchtrace for its tools/leela_port/model.py BT4 module. Bitwise reproducible from the official file. Used as the MCTS teacher for searchtrace trace generation (fleet instances download it from here).
