Cosmos 2.5 DWM migration archive
This private repository archives the reproducible state of the Cosmos Predict 2.5 RGB/Semantic/Depth and CameraNoise experiments.
The recommended continuation point is checkpoints/00_current_dual_mode/iter_000007000/. It is the latest complete DCP checkpoint of the formal dual-mode run and can resume training from iteration 7000. The iter_000001000_fallback checkpoint is retained as a safe rollback.
The archive also contains the RGB-only baseline, the RGB/Semantic CameraNoise baseline, the bidirectional three-modal teacher, two Depth checkpoints, aligned Depth/CameraNoise caches, nuScenes 12 Hz metadata, experiment configurations, evaluation results, and the Idea/Agent_log memory.
External dependencies are intentionally not duplicated here: Wan VAE/tokenizer, Cosmos-Reason1-7B, 12HZ-Segmentation, 12HZ-Depth, and the official nuScenes files must be downloaded from their original sources. See external_dependencies.yaml and metadata/external_data_sources.yaml.
All DCP checkpoint directories preserve their original model/, optim/, scheduler/, trainer/ layout and hidden .metadata files.
