This PR makes two small improvements to the model card:

Changes the pipeline_tag from image-text-to-text to video-text-to-text, since this model is specifically designed for video grounding (takes video + text, outputs text).
Adds an explicit hyperlink to the paper on the Hugging Face hub in the introductory paragraph.

No other changes are made.
