LiteFold biomodel checkpoints
This release is a complete, portable copy of the runtime checkpoint cache for
the models documented in CHECKPOINTS.md. It is packaged into 10 GiB parts to
avoid Hub file-count and commit-rate limits.
To restore the original cache layout, download every
biomodels-runtime.tar.zst.part-* file, place them in one directory, and run:
cat biomodels-runtime.tar.zst.part-* | zstd -dc | tar -xf -
The resulting directory contains the model folders directly. The uploader's
local .cache/huggingface state and a known unused interrupted BoltzGen
extraction are intentionally excluded; the validated boltzgen/mols.zip is
included.
