Add pipeline tag, paper link, and GitHub link to model card

This PR enhances the model card for CoTAP by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-feature-extractionmetadata, which helps users discover the model at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-feature-extraction. - Including a link to the official paper: Semantic Concentration for Self-Supervised Dense Representations Learning.
- Adding a direct link to the GitHub repository (https://github.com/KID-7391/CoTAP) for easy access to the code, installation, and usage instructions.
- Providing a concise overview of the model's approach and key components, along with the pre-trained checkpoints, citation information, and acknowledgements.
