Memory OPD checkpoint staging
This directory is the machine-local staging area for checkpoints that will be
uploaded to Hugging Face. It is deliberately outside the memory_OPD Git
repository and must never be added to GitHub.
The layout is RQ/method/backbone/retained-stage. Baselines retain only one
completed last checkpoint for each RQ, method, and backbone. ElasticMem is
our method, so RQ3 additionally retains the SFT/GRPO stage boundaries and the
corrected-v3 continuation point.
Verify all files against manifests/SHA256SUMS after copying them to a new
server or before uploading them to Hugging Face. Selection provenance for the
node2 imports is recorded in manifests/node2_selection.tsv.
