NexusOps AI — Fine-tuned Customer Support Model
This model is a LoRA fine-tuned version of TinyLlama-1.1B-Chat-v1.0, trained on customer support Q&A data as part of the NexusOps AI project.
Model Details
- Base model: TinyLlama/TinyLlama-1.1B-Chat-v1.0
- Fine-tuning method: LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation), 4-bit quantized (QLoRA)
- Domain: Customer support
- Dataset: Bitext customer support LLM chatbot training dataset (300-example subset)
- Training: 1 epoch, LoRA rank 8, alpha 16
Intended Use
This model generates customer-support-style responses given a query, and is used as part of a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system in the NexusOps AI project.
Training procedure
Fine-tuned using Hugging Face transformers, peft, and trl (SFTTrainer) on Google Colab (T4 GPU).
