Add pipeline tag and links to paper and code

This PR adds the missing pipeline_tag: depth-estimation to the YAML metadata, making the model discoverable under the depth-estimation pipeline. It also adds direct links to the arXiv paper and the GitHub repository in the README for easier access. The existing content is preserved unchanged.
